CANCELLATION POLICY
‼️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Nailed It! Nail Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 20% of the service booked. • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will also be charged 20% of the service booked. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future bookings.
